Scope and contracting party

These terms govern the Livaral online store and purchases of ceramic bathroom household products. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the operating company identified below. Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Use of the store

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or use the store with the authorization of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, protect your account credentials, and do not use the store for fraud, unlawful conduct, malware, unauthorized access or infringement of others’ rights.

Products, availability and pricing

Product descriptions and images are intended to describe the items offered. Screen settings and normal ceramic production variations can affect perceived colors and finishes. This does not excuse a materially inaccurate description or defective product. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are disclosed at checkout. Availability can change. If a material pricing, stock or description error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel and refund the affected purchase.

Orders and payment

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. We may decline an order for stock, payment, fraud or delivery restrictions and will refund any payment for an order we cancel. A purchase is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. Payment methods available for your order are those shown at checkout. You must be authorized to use your selected method. Payment processing is handled by the selected payment provider.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Order processing takes 3–5 business days. Standard US transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is US$2.99 for merchandise subtotals below US$39; standard shipping is free for qualifying merchandise subtotals of US$39 or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. Express Shipping is US$5.99 regardless of order value, when available. Eligible returns may be requested within 180 days from delivery. Our separate policies set out delivery exclusions, customs charges, return conditions and refund timing. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch.

Intellectual property and submissions

Store content is owned by us or used with permission and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it for personal shopping, but commercial reproduction requires permission. If you submit a review or image, you confirm you have the right to share it. We may display it with the relevant product or store content, subject to your privacy rights and applicable law. Reviews must reflect an actual experience.

Third-party services and responsibility

Shopify hosts the store, and third-party providers support payments and delivery. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to their services. We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, defective goods where liability cannot be excluded, or any non-waivable consumer right.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, consistent with the operating company’s registration in Wuhan, Hubei, China. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Wuhan, Hubei. This clause does not deprive US consumers of non-waivable rights or access to remedies available under applicable law. Please first contact us so we can attempt to resolve a concern.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to an order already accepted. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
