For order assistance

Please include your order number and the email used at checkout. For a damaged or incorrect item, include photographs of the item and packaging. Do not send full card details or passwords. Messages received outside service hours will be reviewed during the next service period.

Returns address

The return destination is the same as our registered address in China: Storefront No. 54, 1st Floor, Lixin Xinda Electric Vehicle Wholesale City, No. 1025 Xiongchu Avenue, Guanshan Subdistrict, Hongshan District, Wuhan, Hubei, China.

Please contact service@livaral.com before returning any item to confirm the address, return authorization and packing instructions. This is not a US return warehouse. Do not send returns to the address printed on a shipping label without our confirmation.
